EPF CLAIM NOT RECEIVED — EPF CLAIM
Dear Sir,I had applied for my PF bearing PF no.GNGGN[protected] in the month of July on date 25th, which was received by the concerned department on 02.08.2011.Till date no any response., tell me how much time it will take to process,already almost 3.5 months gone from my end but nothing is done at your end.I am also enclosing the message displayed by the concerned department.kindly check at your end on priority basis and revert me ASAP.

I have submitted my withdrawal from ( A/C No 35543/104) in Kandivali malad
Mumbai office in May-12 first they rejected the from and sent back to co, s office which was changed, again i visited the office and request them to send the from on their factory address, now in december 12 co received the from and solves all the queries, the claim has not yet been given.
Please resolve the matter
