[Resolved]  EPF Claim — Claim Not Received till date

Dear Sir,
I have submitted my EPF/EPS claim forms & Claim account number is GR/GNT/0023194/000/0000380 and claim process also completed from Guntur EPF office but till i have not recived my amount and i asked to EPF office they have sent claim cheques to Indian bank (Gokavaram Branch, Eastgodavari(d.t) ) on 2/11/2011 but still they have not recived for clearing so please follow-up and do the needful.

my claim MH/46165/16859 still pending and not yet received since last 8 months

I have submitted my EPFclaim Form No.13 TH/VSH/0096899/59 claim ID THVSH[protected] dated 18/11/2011 Present Employer Foam Home India Pvt.Ltd Taloja Raigad, My previous Employer A/C THTHA0095890/38 VASUDHA CHEMICALS P.LTD MULUND, MUMBAI I have not recived my amount still date. So please follow-up and do the needfull
