I worked with a a company named sky pak service spl.ltd kanpur January 23rd 09 and couriered my form and documents to EPF office kandivali, Mumbai.
I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone.

I was employe of 'ZEE INTERACTIVE LEARNING SYSTEM LTD, MUMBAI ' . My PF A/C no is MH / MLD /44499 /604 and PF withdrawal form was submitted through my Mumbai Office on 22 May-2009 but after completing 90 days my fund is not credited in my given bank account. As per norms it should be cretdit within 90 days .
