I was working with DATAMATICS FIN SER LT ( ANDHERI) WHERBY MY PF AC NO. WAS MF/15962-A/1042. EARLIER THE PF FORM SUBMITTED WAS RETURNED BACK BY YOU VIDE YOUR LETTER DT. 6/01/2009 FOR THE SIGNATURE & STAMP OF EMPLOYER WAS MISSING.

THE SAME FORM WAS RETURNED BACK TO YOUDULY COMPLETED . BUT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECD ANY RESPONSE . PL LOOK INTO MATTER & REVERT BACK AT THE EARLIEST

With respect to above subject I am applying for withdrawal of my E.P.F. ( My E.P.F. number is MH/[protected] where I employed of “DODSAL (P) LTD, 702 A Wing, Prism Tower, 7th Floor, Mind Space Link Road, Mumbai – 40062” in year 2006. From there I am applying for withdrawal of my E.P.F. in year July 2006. Sir, please check till today I am not getting any Cheque for P.F. amount.

So, Sir I am heartily requests you to please check my E.P.F. No: MH/[protected]. And if possible please release my amount as early as possible.

PF Settlement
Dear Sir,
I Rabindra Sharma realsed the previous company M/S Pantaloon Retail India Ltd on 25.05.2007, they declare against PF no MH/38491/14832 but till date not received or settlement any PF Amount .
Also note that Mumbai PF Office already receved all documents from above Company on 22.04.2008.

Please do the needful and resolved this above issue yours faithfully

I was working for M/s.Prime Diamonds Pvt.Ltd -Borivali office, the company have wind up their operation w.e.f.01.11.08 and accordingly we all employess have submitted application for PF.withdrawal through company on 12.11.2008. My PF. a/c no is :MH/MLD/91354/004 & till date I have not received any settlement.Please confirm that application is received by you and its present status.

Please arrange to settle my claim.

I was working in company named HEADSTART MARKIETING SERVICES PVT LTD, I have subbmitted my claiming forms to them Aug 2008 but they sumitted the form to EPF KANDAVELI OFFICE on 4 th of march 2008 and acknowledged by the EPF itself, but i searched through website its updated on 23rd march 2008 its provided the dedails As NOT received the claiming forms, and I tried through phone no TO all epf office in mumbai its just ringing and ringing...continuously so please proceed the necessary steps ...

The complaints listed above are only few.. I admit and believe that there are still lot of applicants, who have applied in Million who have not received proper response or settlements in time from EPF, Kandivalli.

These Government offices are so lethargic, either their phones are dead / not working or dont lift the phones.. What is the purpose of a Customer service cell, when they dont know wat is Customer service and how to serve their Customer..

I feel ashamed to state that in this 21st century, we are lagging so behind in systems and not able to get proper information regard to our PF accounts..

Hope some one comes to save this kind of organisation from their Dark world and shed some light as to how their customer are frustrated with their services

I mailed(email) them, but no response from there.
