In this regard, I would like to inform you that 9 months have already been passed from the date of submission of withdraw claim and till date neither I have received any amount nor received any correspondence from your side. The photocopy of covering letter for withdraw of my PF contribution duly acknowledged by your office is enclosed herewith for your ready reference.
Through this letter I hereby request you to expedite the claim at earliest possible as I am in urgent need of money.

My name is Neelesh Singh and worked with Jet Airways India Ltd, Hyderabad and I left that organisation on 27 Sep 2010 and as per the old employer they have submitted the PF Settelment form at Kandivali office Mumbai, on 22th Feb 2011.

I worked with a company from 2006 to 2009 and sent my form and documents to that office and they deposited my EPF claim in kandivali office, Mumbai on 26th Oct 2010.
I was told that i would get my amount max in 3 months.But i did't get any call, any mail since then, they never respond over the phone, now my office is asking me to contact directly to the CPF office.
My PF no is MH/91327/7254.
Please look into the matter and do the needful.
