[Resolved]  EPFO — Non trace of the application

Sir ,My pf account no is 42799/03 which i have submitted in the eseva counter (vijaya nagar coloney .Hyderabad) on 20aug2009.which they say that they have submitted in efp hyderbad office on 23aug2009, but when i enquired in the epf hyd office thay state that they have not recived my application till date ..can you pls look into the matter

Sir,

This company name is Stork Ferro and Mineral ind.pvt.ltd.This company
starting in balasore (Odisha) year -2007 to till date but this
company not deducted PF year 2007 to2010 including contractor labour
and also company staff .pls u r proper check balance sheet of company
and other company documents.we have already inform balasore PF office
and Bhubanswar PF office.They did not listen because pf office staff
good relastionship with company
