[Resolved]  EPFO — Cheque issued by EPFO got bounced

Sir,

I had submitted application for withdrawal of my provident fund in prescribed format through my Ex. employer M/s. Coastal Energy Pvt. Ltd on 24.03.2011.

My bankers Bank of Baroda (S B Account No. [protected]) are in receipt of cheque bearing No. 492683 amounting to Rs.121944/- from your EPFO.

To my utter surprise said cheque got bounced.

I was in need of money & during that period I took loan so as to continue my requirement.

Kindly help. Should I criminal case for bounce cheque under sec. 138

EPFO — Check issued by EPF is bounced twice

the checque issue by EPF against my provident fund a/c no.DL/18513/1297 is bounced twice due to insuffcient fund in the EPF account ... please suggest to whom i can contact ... for this
