[Resolved]  EPFO Coimbatore & Holiday Inn Gem Park Ooty — EPF Claim Pending from last 100 days after submission

Since i failed to submit my EPF claim through previous organisation i have applied for EPF Claim to EPFO Coimbatore directly, with all possible details including my full & final settlement with the company, against receipt numbers 8155032 & 8155033 dated 26/12/2008.

On 16/01/2009 the papers has been sent to my previous organization "Holiday Inn gem Park Ooty" for attestation (Intimation copy attached).

Since 16/01/2009 there has been no change in KNOW YOUR CLAIM STATUS (snap shot attached) and neither i have received any furthur communication from EPFO Coimbatore.

I have been told to understand that it takes a maximum of 45 days to receive the EPF amount once the claim has been submitted.

I have sent a grievance also on the same subject addressed to Mr. Nair - RPFC I, Coimbatore on 04/03/2009 vide receipt no. CEPFO/E/2009/03236 but have not received any update.

See if you can help and PLEASE look for an alternative wherein a member don't have to be harrased for his own money after almost 1 year of his separation, either by previous employer or by Regional PF Office.
