Employee Provident Fund India — No updates for PF withdrawal

Hi team,

Its been more than 6 months, since my organisation has submitted form 19 & 10C for withdrawal.( In dec 2011)

I have sent many mails to know the status & also registered complaint with EPFiGMS , but it seems to be idle , tried many times the phone number either it seems to be busy or ringing , but no one has picked the phone once .

my EPFiGMS vide Registration number is HRGGN/E/2012/03571, its been almost 2 years & 11 months since I left my organisation, I'm afraid of losing the amount , as there is a limit of 3 yrs in which I can claim for withdrawal.

Pls do the needful & let me know the status , as no-one helps properly from EPF office.

Please note that you can transfer funds to PPF accounts held in the same branch or other branches.” My bank name is State Bank of India.

I got my PF amount from Adecco PF trust in Sep'11 but still I haven't received the Pension amount. I Have submitted both the forms (19 & 10 C) same day at Adecco office Ahmedabad in Apr'11

From last 3 months Adecco support center replying me that they have submitted my application in RPFC office bommasandra, Bangalore and it will clear in three months now 3 months get over then they are saying please contact RPFC office they gave me contact number of RPFC office[protected]. When I called them and asked for the status they said they have not received any application for PF account number KN/BN/34272/245917. I informed this to adecco customer care but they are still replying with the same line that they have submitted the form to RPFC office.

I mailed this details to RPFC office by mail (sro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in) but not getting any reply.

Usually whenever I withdrawn the PF amount, that amount will be deposited in 2 cheques,
