[Resolved]  EPFO — EPF AMOUNT NOT RECEIVED

My name is Chitta Ranjan Dey having EPF No. BR/7309/98
I have submitted P.F. Claim at P.F office, Patna, Bihar against it I have received claim statement on dated 23.01.2010 which detail are as under.
Chq No. - 218410
Date - 23.01.2010
Amount - 20,229.00
Bank Name : Statebank of India
Branch : Bankura, West Bengal
Now, I came to know that my P.F Claim amount is not credit in my Bank Account. so I request yourkind self to take the needful action and send my P.F. Amount at earliest.

Dear Sir,

Already eight more months gone. when i check in the EPF website "Your claim pending with DA initiater level.it will be settled shortly"message showing from strating of December month.hereafter howmany days can i wait for this.kindly settle my pf amount as sson as possible please. i am belongs to this amount right now.Kindly try to understand my critical position,

In reply to my complaint reg. no-SRJBP/E/2012/00053 I had received a call from your office on[protected] and I was asked either to furnish the pf acc.no or the phone no of the school where I had been teaching so that the regarding officer can trace out my details.But I donot have the acc. no at present. I tried to find out the phone no through net and I got it to be[protected].This no is not present as per call made.Now I am giving you the full adress of that school-
