EPFO — Not Releasing My EPF

I was an employee in M/s Gainda Mull Hem Raj Agencies 67-68 The Mall Shimla-171001.I had been worked their for 20 years and left my job because of my physical unfitness.I need money so I have been applied for my EPF in April 2011 in the EPF Office SDA Complex Shimla and submitted all required documents through someone of my family member because I am not able to travel due to my unfitness.EPF Office has issued a letter to the Employeron 18 April 2011 and cc to me.But Employer hold my EPF Statement and till now not release it.my EPF account Number is HP1020/133.
