I have submitted the claim form 19/10c with the attested by the employer in reginal office raipur for the withdrawal of pf amount but 40 days have been past I have not received my pf amount.kindly checked my claim paper and release the pf amount as far as possible.

I have applied for Rs 350000/- from my pf a/c no.4976123 for the purpose of my daughter's marriage. the occassion has been completed on 27/06/2012.
All the formalities duly completed have been submitted to you through our regional office raigarh.but it is still not sanctioned by your office.kindly sanction the applied amount as early as possible.sothat I may clear all my liabilities of that marriage.thanking you.
