Dear Sir/Madam,
I served as Principal in Govind Ram Kataruka DAV Public School Purulia ( West Bengal )from 25 th July 1997 to 24 th June,1998 ( Total 11 months ).Pension accumulations had already been deposited with EPFO SRO Durga Pur ( West Bengal ).Please arrange to transfer pensions accumulations for 11 months deposited with EPFO SRO Durga Pur ( West Bengal ) to my pension A/c UP/16665/105 maintained by EPFO SRO Lucknow.Pension fund A/c no is not known to me.Today i.e. on 28 th Aug ,2012 when I received Annexure K of my previous A/cs maintained by EPFO RO Ranchi I was surprised to see my 11 months pension period missing i.e. period of service with Govind Ram Kataruka DAV Public School Purulia ( West Bengal ).Please take necessary action in the matter as my pension is already due for the last 14 months i.e.since July,2011.

I Rita Dutta wife of Late Balaram Dutta.My husband died on dated 12/11/11.he did service in Chitra Cinema situated in Asansol .My husband having A/c No WB/DGP/0014531/000/0000003 under the EPF Scheme and he was doing job from 1975 to 12/11/11 but till now i can not get full PF amount only 5years PF amount given and M/s Chitra Cinema not Support to get PF amount They told that all return copy of Providend Fund are accidently fired.They have no opportunity to help me and PF Department.
So i request you to kindly do the needful.you know how terrific life are passing.
