[Resolved]  EPFO, Sro:gurgaon, Haryana — PF claim declined

I had sent the form 19 & 10C through my previous employer to claim my PF to EPFO, SRO:Gurgaon, Haryana. My PF a/c no is HR/GGN/25204/5509. I recently received a letter from EPFO, SRO:Gurgaon, Haryana stating that my claim was already paid, hence was declined. This must be some disgusting joke by the authorities because I have not received any money from EPFO. My understanding is that for any amount more than Rs. 2000 the EPFO would debit the money directly to the bank account. My bank account does not show any such transaction.

I've been trying to call SRO: Gurgaon office for some clarification but out of all the numbers given not a single number connects to a human being. The numbers given to me were[protected]. When I called my previous employers they asked me to check with EPFO. This is quiet disturbing that not a single number for EPFO, Gurgaon works. All I want is a telephone number which can connect me to a real person because I think that EPFO has cheated me of my PF money & I'm ready to file a case against the EPFO for cheating.
