Sir, I was fixed my amount under ESCORTS FINANCE LIMITED fixed deposit scheme vide A/C Nos. a)XE02/04022363 dated 15/10/2005 b) XEO2/04022365 dated 15/10/2005 and c) XE02/05005665 dated 06/09/2006 but till date Ihave neither received maturity amount nor any information regarding the same. my name DEEPANKAR GUPTA.

I have 6 fixed deposits with the above company for Rs. 90, 000/- and all the deposits has matured in the year 2007 itself but no maturity payment has been made. I am informed that the company has declared sick and matter is with the court. Please inform the decision taken for releasing payment.
