Escorts Finance Limited — Non refund of FDR maturity
I invested in the same company having A/C No XNO8/0022433 and maturity date was 28/11/2005, having no maturity amount received as on 29/07/2009. I deposited all original documents to it's Lucknow office and contacted it's New Delhi office saveral times and than given up the further attampts.CA. Kashyap Kishor Mishra,

With reference to the Hardship Committe letter no EL/HCEFL/4863 dated 31.08.2008 informing therein decision of the Committee for recommending the payment of Rs10, 000/ as an interim measure against the Fixed Deposit No. : XN15/ CD04003827, I had submitted details of the said FD and the requisitedocuments as under –:

However, I have not received so far the part payment of Rs 10, 000/ approved by the Committee inspite of reminder. Can any body inform me the current status of the case.

Escorts Finance Limited — Non Payment of Matured fixed deposits
I had deposited Rs 15,000 ( Reciept no xe92/cd[protected] in my namewith Escort Finance Limited as fixed deposit to be matured on 2/11/05 and an amount of Rs 30000 was to be paid on maturity.The same has not been paid till now nor we have listened any thing abut it.
I shall be thankful if the amount is returned with due interest.

I have also one FD with Escorts finance amounting to Rs.10087/- rupees with maturity on 02/11/2005. The original certificates have already been received by them on January on Patna Office. I am yet to receive even my principal amount. If wonder how these people are managing to evade government action. Is there any organization who can come forward and bring happiness in faces of thousands of investors.
