I HAVE DEPOSITED RS.20000/= WITH M/S ESCORTS FINANCE LTD. SINCE 1997 AND KEEP ON RENEWING FDR UNDER MIDR SCHEME FOR 3 YEARS. IN 2006 ON MATURITY(06/01/2006) OF MY FDR I SURRENDERED THIS FDR FOR REFUND AT PRATAP BUILDING, CON.CIRCUS,N DELHI. VIDE FDR NO[protected]OLD NO XN15/FD97002074 & SR.NO 281915 DT 07/01/1997) TILL DATE NO COMMUNICATION IS THERE FROM THEIR SIDE. Sir, I was fixed my amount under ESCORTS FINANCE LIMITED fixed deposit scheme vide A/C Nos. a)XE02/04022363 dated 15/10/2005 b) XEO2/04022365 dated 15/10/2005 and c) XE02/05005665 dated 06/09/2006 but till date Ihave neither received maturity amount nor any information regarding the same. my name DEEPANKAR GUPTA....

I had invested by way of fixed Deposits in Escorts Finance Ltd. as detailed below:
1)FD A/c no. XE02/0131367 Receipt no. XE02/CD04026483 Rs.11000/- Date of Maturity:22.12.2005
2)FD A/c no. XE02/0106057 Receipt no. XE02/CD05004027Rs.26396/- Date of Maturity:21.04.2006

The original FDR were handed over to the Agent Sri Shyamal Hazari at his Ranchi office at the time of maturity fro redemption .

I had deposited Rs 30,000 ( Reciept noXN08/CD[protected] in my name and Rs 30,000 ( Reciept noXN08/CD02001169 in the name of my wife Anita Bajpai on 6/6/02 with Escort Finance Limited as fixed deposit to be matured on 2/6/04 and an amount of Rs 36974 foe each FD was to be paid. the same has not been paid till now nor we have listened any thing abut it.I shall be thankful if the amount is returned with due interest till now as I am a Retired...

I have taken FDR for Rs 25000/(Rupees twentifive thousand ) on 30.11.2000 from Escorts Finance Limited, Lucknow, which was maured on 28.11.2005 and Payanble amount was Rs 50000/-. But so far i have not received it .
