[Resolved]  Essar Group — Opening for Demat A/c

on 29 sep2008 i have applied for opening for ICICI Demat A/c,
i am working in ESSAR Group.
till today I have unable to know my account status,
your sales manage Manish Tiwari from Borivoli Branch, he told me within 7days should be opened your Demat A/c .
but till date i don't konw about any staus from your side.

My old form : [protected] rejections due to

1. NOMINEE''S DATE OF BIRTH REQUIRED ON FORM.
2. SCHEME PROOF REQUIRED.
3. BANK STATEMENT SUBMITTED SHOULD BE LATEST OF THREE MONTHS.
