[Resolved] Euro Packers and Movers — Compensation claim not received | |
Dear Sir, I had booked for shifting of my household items from Bangalore to Pune on 26.06.2008 with 1st Euro Packers and Movers Pvt. Ltd.as i relocated to Pune for a change of job.I had paid the full amount of Rs 9527/- alongwith the insurance charges levied by them.The consignment no is 1059.I received my items after much follow up and repeated reminders on 22.07.2008.Among the items received, i recieved one Steel Almirah in completely broken condition.I had been assured by one mr Ravinder Sharma from Euro Packers that i would get full compensation of the damage.I send a letter to them for claim of Rs 8000/- via DTDC courier on 4th August.DTDC CNo is Po8966360.Thereafter, i have not recieved any response from them even after several std calls and several reminders from my side.Request you to kindly address the issue and oblige. Euro Packers and Movers — Almara and other goods damaged and no response from Service agent
HiI had booked the Packing & Moving service from Euro Packers and Movers Thane for shifting my house hold furniture from Thane to Hyderabad.
The total Cost including Insurance for Rs. 50,000(Goods Worth) is Rs.10,000/- . At the time of payment they said like they will e-mail the insurance details which is not happened. After delivery, I found my Iron Almara is completely damaged and its not useable any more. And my Luggage suitcases are completely Wet spoiling my dozens of Shirts & Pants.
and the Pillows are wet and getting the routen smell, I need to throw them in Trash, The total goods damaged are worth 13000/- . Now when I call them they says like they will send, and next time they are not at all lifting my phone. So what should I do in this case. To whom I need to contact and where should I lodge a complaint for Cheating & Fraud Services.
Euro Packers & Movers Pvt. Ltd. — Service Issues
Hi,I am himanshu soni, 1 month back i have moved all my home goods from euro packers & movers pvt. ltd.from mumbai to bangalore. my contact person for the movement is mukesh sharma (mob. [protected] tel.:[protected] my consignment number is 2050. they have delivered all my good except 3 - 4 items (almira Part, table, Large Utensil stand parts), at the time of delivery when i noticed that few of my things are missing they said it must be in there warehouse they will search for it,then deliver later. it has been 15 days since my delivery they have not yet delivered it to me. I am following up with them like any thing but they are not responding to my calls. they have left me helpless.
Also they have taken mostly all money before delivery, on the delivery date they have not started unloading of my goods till i paid them money. a very bad attitude & nature towards there work & proffession.
thank god i have taken the insurance, but i have not yet claimed it.
If you can help me to get my goods then please help me.

Euro Packers and Movers — Complaint
Euro Packers and MOvers or 1st Euro packways are the worst, they take full payment during your packing process and say that they will insure your goods, nothing after that. Your goods are crushed and some are even misplaced and they are not bothered. WHen you cal them, they talk to you like mafias. Never ever use this packer and mover. It sucks!!
