euronet worldwide india pvt.ltd — prepaid mobile recharge

today 07/11/2008, i have twice recharged mobile no [protected] of delhi circle through icici bank on line mobile recharge and transaction status was sucessful and amount debited to my account and credited to euronet but we have not received credit to talk time.

I have recharged a Rs. 399 recharge on my Reliance mobile no. [protected] by Internet Banking of ICICI Bank, but the recharge has not yet been done.
