Dear sir/mam

we have purchaesd Broad band in november 2008 along with connection of BSNL. Phone No(228449) But we found that every month our phone dead 10 days we have complained many times but there is no parmanent solution.we are facing lot of problems in office. in these days 14 days our phone has dead but there is no response from BSNL..We talk to mr saini (SDO) Mobile No-[protected]. of Roop nagar But he is also not responding about this metter. So please do the need full action.

we are purchase Exide battery from A-One Ecotty Dealer on 21st July 2010. with warranty of two month. but till date Exide dealer refusied to change the battery .and he is asking so many excuse. (attached document.)
