I HAVE PURCHASED ABOVE BATTERY CODE 3B9/09290 FROM EX. SERVICEMAN FARM MACHINERY, CIRCULAR ROAD, REWARI (HR) AGAINT BILL NO. 7939 DATED[protected]. NOW THE BATTERY IS NOT GIVING BACKUP MORE THAN 45 MINUTES. I HAVE COMPLAINT FOR THAT AGAIN AND AGAIN THAN HIS PERSON CAME AND CHARGE THE BATTERY. THEN AFTER THE 2 DAYS THE BATTERY WAS UNABLE TO GIVE THE PROPER BACKUP. I HAVE AGAIN COMPLAINT TO DEALER AGAIN AND AGAIN, AGAIN AND AGAIN BUT THE DEALER SAID THE COMPANY WILL REPLACE YOUR BATTERY AND THERE IS NO ANY SYSTEM IN THE BATTERY. AND THE OWNER NOT GIVING THE RESPONSE. HE WANTS TO SUPPNED MY GUARATEE PERIOD. I AM SUFFERING FROM LAST THREE MONTHS. SO PLEASE TAKE PROPER ACTION AND REPLACE MY ABOVE BATTERY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. EXIDE BATTERY FOR INVERTER — NON WORKING OF BATTERY
I have purchased exide inverter battery in oct 2008. It is not working properly. It will not run for more than 20 to 25 minutes after power is off. I have made complaints several times. Our dealer is saying that the battery is faulty. But exide people says it is okay. and not giving replacement.
