[Resolved] Exide — Delay in replacing the battery | |||
I Have 2 Exide Industrial 165 Ah Batteries for my inverter. These battery came with 48 months replacement warranty..After 24 months both batteries went bad..The local dealer said that they will get it replaced with two new 165 Ah batteries within 15 days. After 3 months till date i have not received my batteries and I have to rely on my generator to run my business which has also resulted in to much expense. Exide being such a big company and they are not able to provide replacement battery.. i called their helpline number hundred times and everytime they say that they are sending the batteries in 2-3 days time..I am not gettin any positive response from their side..Please help Was this information helpful? | |||

I PURCHASED EXIDE BATTERY 12MF5LB ON[protected] THE BATTERY DID NOT WORK PROPERLY AND HAVING GET CHECKED WITH DEALER AMIT ENTERPRISES,LF 30,MANSAROVAR COMPLEX THE BATTERY WAS SENT TO EXIDE ON[protected] AND UNTILL NOW DATED[protected],THE BATTERY IS YET TO BE REPLACED.
