Express IT — courier not received | |||
I have not received my debit card from Express It courier, ICICI bank has already delivered debit card on 27th Jan'11 but still I have not received the till date. I have to got one courier from ICICI bank through express it. I got AWB No. from bank and when i follow up with courier he said no detail for this no. Again i do conference with bank and courier co. then he answer me pls contact our this courier office & he give me one no which is wrong. I go personally to courier office the person said that u have to contact your area courier office and not give me right answer and there behaviour is totally ruff. I think this courier service give wrong name to there co. as EXPRESS WITH IT.This co people also not taking phone when you call many times.
My courier is send on 1st and as on 3rd still i dont got it.
If it send through local then it will be in my hand today.
