[Resolved]  Express IT — non delivery of pan card.

My Pan card was sent by the NSDL on 7th jan via Express it Courier service. I track the same and found that they have write a status that no response on telephone, i immediately call their customer care, bombay and complained that i have not got any call from them, they said that they will call on my mobile again. this process of posting fake status on non-response by them and repeated complaint by me to their customer care center nothing happens positive. At last they post the status that address incomplete and returns the courier to NSDL. While address is complete and i have making complaint on every day to their customer care and email also, but they did not bother to check the complaint. Also, they provide me the address,Telephone and mobile nos. of their local office at dharuhera, but surprisingly all the numbers are not valid and also when i visited their office i came to know that the office is closed for the last 2-3 months as told by the adjoining shop keepers and they came to office once in a month.
NSDL should black list such fraud Courier service for such attempts, those deliever only courier as per their convinience, they didnot deliver in the area where viability is not o.k.

NsDL had courier me my pan no. through airway bill no. [protected], dt. 08.1.2012.
Same is to be delivered by 10th jan to me. But status is that consignee no. doesnot respond, while i am all time available over phone. Moreover, when i contacted your customer care number i was give contact no. 243638, which is not in service. than i call again, that time i was given no. [protected], which was also not in working. After that i call again to customer care, they start ignoring my number. This is not the business ethics. First your counter part showing false status that my number is not responding, second your customer support had not available working number s of your counter part at dharuhera. i have called 4-5 times to your bombay number, which cost me a lot and even after i am not able to track my courier. it is requested to please look into this matter seriously and told me how to get this courier.

Express IT — non delivery of card

I am really sorry to say that ICICI has chosen ExpressIT as its courier service, First express it has poor customer service, they came to deliver my card to my house on 7/7/08 and asked my father for his xerox copy of his id for delivering my card.Its very simple they could have tried once more, they did not even bother to call me returning the card to icici, i think a courier company tries 3 times before returning the package to the mother comapny.I feel that ICICI should stop working with express IT, and use the sevices of some professional company.
