[Resolved] Expressit — Non delivery of courier and no response

I have been expecting a courier through Express-It (AWB# [protected]). They attempted delivery at the wrong address and marked it as exception in their system. They are not attempting redelivery and also not responding to calls now. All their number mentioned on the website are dead; (Pune Customer Support Tel :[protected]/32315025/32313434/[protected]. The parcel has my bank documents and I am increasingly worried about it safety and delivery. ExpressIt people are very irresponsible with the parcel and their deliveries and I want to warn anyone using their service. I got message from express it that they were having the parcel of bill no [protected] but still When I tried to contact those numbers more than 10 times, THEY NEVER LIFTED THE PHONE. Instead after the call was over because of no answer, THEY PUT DOWN THE RECEIVER AS IS THEY WERE ATTENDING ANOTHER CALL.
Not even a single time they lifted the phone. Even anybody can check those numbers. But in almost all SMS from EXPRESSIT, they furnish to contact those 2 numbers[protected]/4131714
