[Resolved] Expressit Courier / ICICI Bank — Non delivery of Credit Card | |||
I had made several requests (7-8 times) with ICICI Bank to delivery the card. Every time they take the request but the courier is so third class that it is not able to deliver the card. Actually, the courier company does want to deliver it. Each and every time the courier company returns the card to the bank and says that the person is not available. It is simple making money out of negligence of the bank. I am not sure whether you will take any action or not. But I want to pass on my message that how these type of compnies are harrasing the customers. Was this information helpful? | |||
