[Resolved] Expressit Couriers — Consignment not delivered even after 6 days. No response from customer care. Even phones not answered. | |
My PAN Card was dispatched by NSDL, Mumbai on 2nd July via ExpressIT Courier services but the same has not been delivered till date (6 Days). Moreover I have sent atleast 3 emails, all of which were read by ExpressIT customer care department ([protected]@expressit.in) as I have received the read receipts on my email id. But there has been no response to my emails. The status of the consignment at their website shows "Exception" and a detailed search shows "In Transit". The main contact number mentioned on their website[protected] is always switched off and when I try to call the other number of their corporate office in Mumbai[protected] no one pics the phone.
