pan card not receved

My ACK. No. is [protected], allotted Pan Card No. is BKLPK9192B is dispatched on 23 September 2009 through courier vide airway bill no. [protected] to our correspondence address M-35, Palika Bhawan, R. K. Puram Sector 13, New Delhi 110066, but i have not received to till date.

My pan card was despatched by department through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier service on 30.10.09 vide airway bill no. [protected] but till date, i did not got the same.

PAN CARD NOT RECEIVED
REF: 1) My Acknowledgment No. [protected]
2) Courier airway bill no. [protected] of Express it Logistics Worldwide Ltd.

Dear Sir,

With reference to above, we have submitted following comments to add:

AA) I have applied for PAN CARD, acknowledgment no [protected].

BB) I checked my PAN Application Status, in Status is "The Pan Card No. CNJPS3241R delivered on 30.12.2009 by Express it Logistics Worldwide Ltd. courier vide airway bill no. [protected] at the communication address".

CC) But I have not Received the PAN CARD No. CNJPS3241R. Could you please let us know why such delay in processing for the PAN card application.
