Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd — Not Responding To Customer

Dear Sir/Madam,

Subject: Not Responding to Costumer in a right way!!!

This company has provided following phone numbers;

But unfortunately non of the people will pick up the call if they pick also they will never respond to costumer and they will disconnect the phone call.

Finally result they will send the courier back stating some falls statements. So costumers are struggling from this kind of service for public.

Kindly take a serious action on the same...

I got to know through TIN-NSDL website that my PAN card has been dispatched through Expressit Logistics Worldwide Ltd by airway bill no. [protected] through reference no.[protected] on 21.03.2009. Soon after I had contacted over telephone by the number from the courier's website. But no one is receiving the call and mentioned inaddress in their status portion. As they have not either visited nor contacted on my cell no. [protected].

You are therefore requested to do the needful at the earliest.

Express IT — PAN Card not received

I can see on express it courier website my pan card is delivered but i have not received the pan card so far. I called customer care but no response on customer care numbers. I sent a mail also but for that also no response. my airway bill no [protected]. these people are sense less fellows. how can they update the courier tracker that my pan card is delivered where as we have not received it

I am Taranjit Kaur from Khanna (I applied for the PAN card to INCOME TAX DEPT. & Dept. dispatch my PAN card on this October through Express it Courier & logistics World wide ltd. company, but I have not yet received my PAN card at my address.when i called express it ludhiana branch he ask me we return your courier Shipper.

i want to know if he not find my address the mobile number mention in large digit on my package,he don't call me why?
