Recharge done but amount not credited to account

Dear Concern.

Yesterday I did a recharge of Rs.110 on my BSNL number [protected] using ezrecharge.in. It had been more than 12 hours and the amount is yet to be credited to my account.
The amount has got debited from my Debit card balance.
EZ Track ID is : CE527002
Date of Recharge: 05th oCT 2012
Amount including service charges of ezrecharge is Rs. 118/-

Please look into the matter.
I want the amount to be refunded, if the same doesnt get credited to my prepaid balance.i will take call through consumer court.

I have a recharge of Rs. 166/- on my BSNL number [protected] using ezrecharge.in. It had been more than 26 hours and the amount is yet not to be credited to my account.The amount has got confirmation message from Bank debited to your account of Ra's.166/- ezrecharge.in payment ID is : 54208136
Date of Recharge: 20th May 2016
Amount including service charges of ezrecharge is Rs. 166/-

Please look into the matter.
I want the amount to be refunded, if the same doesn't get credited to my prepaid balance.
