Horrible company... I don't know what this guys have intention in their mind, they cheated lot of costumers and hoteliers, some hotels for last 5 years didn't got a proper payments for the bookings the company take on behalf of the hotels. And the bloody company only thinks target without a proper clients service they are completely corrupted and they shifting their office from only locality to another in Bangalore as the name gets ruined in one locality, Employer and Employee relationship is pathetic with this company,

Now they have started a new name with the same horrible service called Clicklyticks India pvt ltd. Horrible !!! Cheaters

INCREASE ROOM 4-5 FIT — UNAUTHORIZED WORK

The start UNAUTORIZED WORK in near the vithawadi(w) station . start making UNAUTORIZED CHAWL incresing the room 4 to 5 fit near Gater or Railway line . I researched about this company and I found that they are # 1 in hospitality industry in India. All starts up will have measurable metrics to meet otherwise they will not succeed. I was recently reviewing the marketing goals o[censored]S startup company called dealstonight and they have very aggressive marketing goals and employee performance metrics.

If you are marketing/sales person in hospitality industry, the rules of the game is that you will have to build the leads in first 1-2 months, and then chase aggressively those leads while generating new leads. I presume you a fresh grad and immature to understand then business needs. This is first thing they teach in marketing MBA programs.


As far as testing job is concerned, there must be measurable performance metrics as well.

Why would a business pay you of you dont meet the targets?

Are you a company employee/owner trying to justify you company on all complains.

Kamnathpoonam i would like ask you one simply question, how do you know they are #1 ? as they launched they product so recently with hell lot of issues, unsatisfied customers in all products like pms, booking engine?
how can you say in month of jan that they are #1 ?
if you want i will give hotel name and contact person name.

Can you answer my below question:

1. company is still cheating by creating fake PF account for employee, do you know that ?
2. company is terminated an employee for asking salary .
3. company has cheated most of hotel by showing demo and got the money and never returned back.

tell me good reason how do you say it is #1 in hospitality ?

can you show me one valid happy customer ?
if you show me one then i will show 100 unhappy customer of ezeecloud.

at last one valid employee post stating me that he is happy over there for more than 2 years?

Yes friends it is true.The company will hire marketing guys and promise to pay above 25000 pm.They will provide some 1-2 days training and send to field.They will ask for some target which varies week by week.The top management will decide which will be an impossible target.They will ask to send daily report in 15-20 minutes interval for the 12 hrs.They will work on weekends too without any extra payment.After 30 hard working days they will remove 90 % of new joinee.Who ever survives in company they will deduct 70-80% of amount and pay only 5-6 thousand.They will keep on soughing everyday, harass u mentally and physically.Please friends beware of this company and don't join in this company.

For developers and testers they will ask u to work free of cost with an agreement of 2-3 years.The timing(9-7) is very strict and the CEO will tell u to work after 7 also.He will be happy if you work till late night.He will not increase salary after 1-2 years.He will pay only 4-5 K after 1 year.If you ask for more payment he will assign you some work which you can never do.He will keep on shouting till you leave the company.

Add on to this there is a facility manager who thinks he is the boss of company.He will do/tell whatever he wants.He is the spy of the company who will pass all the information to CEO, whatever you discuss about company.He will act as your good friend for some time, then he will show his original image.95 % of employees left the company.Now they are recruiting testers.Please dont join in the company as you will face all this i[censored] join.

Profile - One does a job for peace of mind but this freakin company rips you off of your basic human rights like sleep social life and respect. You are reduced to slaves in this worthless company which doesn’t have the decency nor the capability of paying back the promised salary. They will extort you for a 100 unnecessary reasons like loyalty bonus, esi (for which they have no legitimate account) and ultimately what ends up in your hand will not even serve you to pay your bills. The company lacks ethics and basic human values.

First impression - While joining the company I was a little skeptical because which company asks you to SIGN a BOND and SURRENDER CERTIFICATES. No sane company would do such a thing because its against a law in India. But still, I went ahead because like all other simple Indians, I had just finished my college and was desperately looking for work to pay off my loan. That is when I fell prey to this greedy cunning company.

Management - Its being run by a bunch o[censored]npatriotic nri’s who have no regards for us Indian and think we come a dozen a dime. They have been running the company with this very mind set and lots of people are affected by delay in salaries, ruthless hammering from the higher management and mental torture towards unrealistic goals. The company is also being run on ancient ideology where a boss dominates his work force, abuses them mentally, stretches their time beyond working and follows a model of bonded labor.
Future scope – If you think this company is going to achieve any goal short term or long term, you are terribly mistaken. They only blow their own trumpets with a line o[censored]seless products fit for nothing. The lack innovation and conceptualization which is the root of any successful creation.
Employees - The employees future is bleak, you don’t get to learn much staying in hear and you are cut of from the outside world. They might promise you the moon and the stars but you will suffer for water in this dry well.
HR – ha ha ha… headed by a looser who has no backbone. This guy is a bosses pet and you will find him wagging his tail for everything inside the bosses cabin. He has no authority and power to do what is just. They are an In human resource..
Lastly, Kamathpoonam is ! Go get a life dude.

i am employee of ezeecloud and no salary so far april month and i will search new job soon due to my family situation i cant change job immediately. ceo is always telling lie and cheating all employee and he is cheating everyone in world, he is not good person he will cheat office maid also. all above comment is true about my company.

this company has cheated so many employees. they didnt pay our PF to govenment. And we canot get our pf amount. we are not got our PF number also. so many resined employees didnt get their pf. their CEO is cheater. for one year he is telling us that pf will be paid to govnment. but he is cheating all. pls dont trust him and his company. we are all going to complain to the media about this. he make people work late. if we left office at 7 pm, he will torture me next day. he is torture guy. pls don't believe him. we are complaining about him.

Yes above comments are real, inquired abut this company recently i got to know that a group of employees were fired out of the company after 8 working months with out paying single RS and these people even don't have a offer letter as they joined in that company at a particular date .
And they forced the people to submit their certificates and made them work till late nights ...

Yes friend it is tue .It is a no 1 big Fraud company in the world.I am the EX employee for this company they asked me to work till late night and finally after 3 months they paid a less salary Which is not equal in the payslip and when i asked about that, they told that i will get it but till now i did not received a single Rupee from them .

Yes friend it is true .It is a no 1 big FRAUD company in the world.I am the CUSTOMER for this company. BOOKED hotel on 6/12/12, 2 rooms for 29th ( check in) & 30th Dec. (check out) & paid money online. On 22 while confirming from hotel about booking, got reply "we had no booking for you". I contacted Mr. Tushar, company officer who promised that I will get the rooms when I will reach hotel & i had to carry the printout of Booking Confirmation Mail Ref No: SAK[protected] Date: 06/12/2012. WHEN i reached hotel at 6 P.M on 29th of dec. along with my family with 2 small children's & showed the printout of Booking, I was refused entry by hotel owner Mr. Ashu, on the ground that -- there is no booking & there are no rooms vacant at present, the company was intimated two month's in advance not to book any of their rooms. I contacted the company, & got the reply, to manage my stay as none of the superior is present, to solve my problem. On viewing our condition Mr. Ashu tried many hotels & finally got one for us having 2 rooms at 4th floor with no lift. I went there & found rooms stinking & worst. So I had to spent three times more money for the rooms. On reaching back to my residence, with great difficulty I contacted Mr. Tushar & explained him the situation, First he tried to over power me, but finally he promised, he will try to settle the matter. On 6/2/13, I got message on my mobile "Your reservation with reference no SAK[protected] has been cancelled successfully. Amount INR 1, 139.72 will be refunded to your account with in 15 working days." But it remained unsuccessful, I reminded by mail to the company on 3rd march2013. NO REPLY. I called on 22/3/13, phone got connected to Mr. Durgesh Chaudhry, who reply "Mr. Tushar had left the company & he is now on his place", will go in detail & reply in 2 days. TODAY is 10/04/2013 . still waiting for REPLY======YOU DECIDE "HOW TO DEAL WITH THE COMPANY " All the proofs are with me any one needs contact me ------[protected] goswami

I like to share a similar incident, The company takes the money from the general public on the pretext of booking the room, and not booking the rooms or cancelling the rooms but not returning the money.
I had booked two rooms in “Rahual Guest house Varanasi “ for march 24 2103, thru this EZeecloud. after two days they send an email stating that there is no room available, so they will returned the money or book in another hotel. I had asked for the refund and they send an email on 20th March, But till date they have not refunded my money and the Ph# indicate in the email or website did not work. So I had contacted the Rahual Guest House ( Ezeecloud is on line partner for them). and got another cell# of one Sravani Dudyala, Relationship Manager, She promised me that the money will be refunded the next day since a week, Now she is not attending my phone and informed me thru another person that the refund was initiated on 5th April and normally it take 15 days. & I asked for the Reference number, for the refund transaction, but yet to receive anything.
This is totally a fraud company, Is there any other form available to block list such company so the others will not a victim of this fraud company. ==Senthil kumar

Ezee cloud is a online Partner for my Hotel ? I have to be careful now

Hi All, For your information i had booked a for a hotel in Yelagiri( 9th to 11th Aug 2013). On the hotels website there was a link for Online Booking and unfortunately it connected to EzeeCloud and booking was done by transacting the amount for 2 days stay. Observed that the customer service people where very keen and made frequent calls till the money was transacted. After the transaction was made and i called them immediately to check if they had informed the owner of the stay i got the response "Not to worry, as there are were many bookings they would be able to inform only by evening". Next day called them again to check the status, again got the response that they will confirm with the owner. When i checked with the owner he said that he had not got any information regarding the booking. After reaching the stay owner once again confirmed that room was not booked. Called ezeecloud multiple times but they didnt pick up the calls. After multiple tries finally when they picked it, they kept on saying they will talk to the owner in 2 minutes and arrange the room, again had to call them multiple times, until finally they asked me to give the phone to the owner. Owner told them that since the money was not transferred to him and he had not got any information on the booking he couldn't allot any room. The ezee cloud manager requested hotel owner to provide the room and he would transact the money later since it was a bank holiday on that day. Hotel owner didnt agree has Ezeecloud had not payed him for some of the previous bookings which they had promised but were still pending. At last we ended up paying for a different room which was more costly then the one booked online. Ezee cloud manager promised a refund of the money transacted online immediately on next day(working day for bank. Till now i have not received the refund and still waiting.

ALSO NOTE THAT, YOU CAN FIND THIS LINK ON MOST OF THE HOTEL WEBSITES, AS SOON AS YOU CLICK ON THE LINK IT WILL REDIRECT TO EEZEE CLOUD WEBSITE WHICH WILL ASK YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION AND THEY KEEP PERSUADING YOU UNTIL THE PAYMENT IS MADE, BUT ONCE DONE NO ROOM WILL BE BOOKED AND NO REFUND MADE. THIS IS A TOTAL FRAUD COMPANY.

I had one of the worst experiences with Ezeecloud. They are not easy, they are one of the hardCloud. They should change the company name to that. I had booked a room via their link and they called me up and said that it got cancelled at the last moment. Because of this I ran into huge losses. They dont make any alternate arrangements as well.

Please dont believe the employees as well. They are the no. 1 cheats. They are trained to lie and never call back.

this is worst ever company i have seen. i booked a room through this company (confirmation reference no DWA[protected] [Ticket Id: S97403-T4533]) 1 week before of my schedule. before the night i checked with hotel people, and they were saying no room was booked. i have paid full payment on line. when we call them to find the cause they are totally irresponsible and they are not even tried to convince the customer. when we call them, by seeing the Number they will not attended the call. this is fraud company and don't try to book and don't believe this people

This is one victim of this [censored]ing eZeeCloud company, the WORST company in the world. They are cheating the people offering that they have to do job free of cost for first 6 months. They will not provide even COMPUTER System also. The system also carry by the employee. any one have seen such a company? later they will assign you work, which you can't do.
Every day you have to work until 12 pm, then only SADIST CEO will feel happy.otherwise, he will mail you asking "why you are going so early..?" If you reply some reason, he will asks you 1 million questions. He will not provide even single tea also. Anyone can say is this a Software Company...? Some times you have to even weekends also without paying extra salary. He didn't give holiday on even festival also. For the 365 days, he will give only 5 holidays.will you believe this..?
add to this after completion of initial training of 6 months, if we are asking for salaries, he said what you have learn.?you have to learn lot of things. I have provided you the environments, power, internet. You have to pay money to me.
