Ezone — delivery not happened after two months | |
I have purchased 4 items from Ezone bangalore on 13 september 2009. Promised delivery date was within a week. But luckily i got 3 products within 3 weeks. Now one item pending is one food processor. After continous calls to the shop also, product was not delivered to me(even after 2 months). So i would suggest all customers to have a written statement anbout the time of deivery. I have purchsed LG Refrigerator ezone Rajaginagar Bangalore on 2nd april 2010 promesed delivery date within 2 days but till now i have not received and not even single call from showroom.I tried to contact them since 2 days nobdy picking call also finally i got toll free number and now they are telling our system having problem not able to do invoice so we will delivery next week..i never seen this much wast service after sales..It was purchased to give gift to someone marriage gift..After continuous calls to the shop also, product was not delivered to me..I would suggest all customers to PLEASE DNT PUCHASE ANYTHING FROM EZONE
