[Resolved]  EzRecharge — Balance not credited

Dear sir,

I am a Tata Docomo prepaid user. I used ezRecharge.in to recharge an amount of Rs. 25 to my Tata Docomo number.
I recharged it today morning. ..i.e. 11/2/2011. but the balance has not yet been credited.
If i check the status of my order, the portal says the order is still pending. i am not able to make urgent calls.
My transaction details are:

Please look into this complaint as soon as possible... i need my mobile recharged urgently.

Rs.25 is an Invalid Denomination for Tata Docomo. It is a STV pack.
So, we refunded the money back to your account.
