On 16/09/2013 I have recharged my said mobile with amount 449/- Rs and also paid extra charge Rs 30/- from ezrecharge.in by using SBI Online banking
Total paid Rs.479/-
(Reference No.- CCAAI2RQI808IGM0745091 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE)
I have recharged the above as a guest user and also received the confirmation message and email from www.ezrecharge.in with ezTrack ID: CFERQB189643 but my mobile number has not been recharged yet and later i got an email again saying that recharge fail. They have added my deducted amount Rs.479/-in their ez wallet and now i am unable to use that ez wallet amount because it is asking for id and password and i dont know the login ID or password as I was the guest user and never registered with them. So i several times contacted with ezrecharge customer support but they always told me to login using registered mobile and password. But again i am telling that i have never registered my mobile no. Eventually i registered my said mobile number with their website but after registration i found it is showing 0 balance or point in my ez wallet. Finally i am feeling that i have lost my 479/- Rs and got cheated by ezrecharge.in. sir i am very poor please help me to refund my money back in my bank account. I do not want to use any wallet or another and only want my money back.

I try to recharge dishtv amount is 241/- but bank has declined my trataction msg reciving for me and my amount is debited from my account so plz refund my money back
