I had recharged 303 rupees on my Jio postpaid number from a third party website, but it was not accepted by the Relaince Jio operators, they said third party recharges are not allowed on Relaince Jio. I also complained about it to ezRecharge customer care but they refused to talk about it and said, it cannot be refunded
So, kindly help me to get my refund of rupees 303

    I Ramesh, used the website http://www.ezrecharge.in to Top up Recharge to mobile, 1. Order ID is CGGJYR86972475 date Jan 25, 2015. amount has been deducted from my Account.( I used Net-Banking Service for Recharge) but not got the recharge then I have reported the problem in mail, id [protected]@ezrecharge.to them, till i didn't get any reply and there is no Refund of Amount also. 2.Order ID is CGGMEM64305985 date Apr 5, 2015 this time Transaction failed because of invalid top-up amount in TATA Docomo 40 Rs, Amount has been Deducted didn't get refunded. This is not one time teo time happened for me then now i am thinking is this website fraud or cheating people in the name of EzRecharge ? Please Requesting Customers to not go for EzRecharge.website for TopUp I FELT AND TOLD.

        I was searching for online recharge websites in the net.EzRecharge.in was the website where I have recharged on 04/07/2012 evening.But till now mobile have not recharged yet and the status is still showing as PENDING.Even my recharge was successfull and amount had been deducted.

        Did an online recharge on an Airtel top up for 225. Recharge failed, instead it converted into Redeem points. The first time I tried to redeem, it was my mistake and I chose Aircel instead of Airtel. This failed and the redeem points got deducted. Second time, tried to recharge again, it still failed, got the redeem points again, tried to redeem it again, this time correctly, but it still failed. I am not able to contact them and even though I submitted a complaint to them nothing has happened so far. I have been charged both times on my card.

          I had recharged my BSNL number [protected] by Rs. 750 from ezrecharge.in website from ICICI bank account number
          [protected] on 23-mar-2012 but the recharge is still not complete, the amount is deducted from my account, however the status is still showing Recharge under verification. Kindly help me in this matter so that i can get the recharge done or refund the amount to my account.

          i make my sister tata docomo mobile number [protected] recharged on 4th june 2010. i recharged this number through http://www.ezrecharge.in this website from my SBI credit card. the recharge amount is 1000/- and add. charges show in website is 75/-. after two houres i call my sister and she say no recharge is done. payment of rs. 1075/- had deducted from my credit card. i check the status from ez website with ezTrack ID: EB812827 and it's show the status is done.

          now its 8th june almost 4 days past recharge is not done and amout is not credited in my card. i also mail to www.ezrecharge.in regarding the refund but till they not asking for any kind of refund.

          the payment was deducted from my card and i have not done any recharge.

          so, i am requesting you to take any strong action nd help me for refund.

            today morning i availed the services of Ezrecharge.in to get my mobile recharged for an amount of 198.00 INR .....They have charged me 8.00 INR as internet service charges....the same amount was deducted from my bank account.....I've waited all day for the amount to appear on my mobile account ...Then i've lodged a complaint with them, with no reply from hem, i ve tried lodging the complaint again....I tried calling them,Their customer care number is switched of all the time.....they wont respond to my emails......

                I have done online recharge for Rs.111 on my airtel mobile number on 26th morning 6.30 AM. Still that recharge not received. I am a registered user in ezrecharge.in and my Account ID is A/C No: ZX697586. i saw the status as done in recharge history but i have not received. ezTrackID :CA131731. Amount deducted from bank. Almost 30+ hrs back i have given 2 complaints but no reply or no recharge.

                Before I never faced this problem. I don't know why it got delayed. Look into this issue and send recharge amount 111 to my mobile number [protected] immediately.

                Hi.. I have received recharge Just now. It was saved in the site as ezWallet points. I tried with paying ezWallet Payment and Got immediate recharge into my mobile.

                    I tried to recharge my mobile with ezrecharge.in service provider. I made the payment through my credit card and amount was debited from my card. I did the recharge of 59/- but no balance was credited to my mobile.

                    59/- is a valid coupon by Airtel.

                    I am yet to see the amount added to my prepaid account. I have e-mailed them and am waiting for a response from the company. I am wondering, if they cannot fulfill their promises, why are such companies in business?

                          While searching for a site for recharging mobile on google,I came accross this ezrecharge.in site.I registed and paid 300Rs for my IDEA recharge(Tamil Nadu Circle).I waited for 3 hours and then sent mails and feedbacks to the administrator of that site but did not recieve any response.
                          And the best part is, that site does'nt have a customercare number!!!!!!!!!!!!! And you cannot send a feedback more than once with the same Track ID. Something surely is wrong with this site.....

                          If you CANNOT recharge my mobile, kindly credit back the amount(316 Rs).

                              I was searching for Online top-up facilities provided by various service providers when i came across this website http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php Since they had tie-up with HDFC DEBIT CARD, i decided to make good use of it by recharging my prepaid mobile phone account ([protected]) with 52/-.

                              My intention was to test the services of the above-mentioned company http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php. I was told that an additional 2/- will be charged as "internet transaction fees". Well, if they are allowing me to recharge my account, then why not - this was the thought in my mind. The transaction was successful and the 54/- was deducted from my bank account this morning (THURSDAY[protected].

                              I am yet to see the amount added to my prepaid account. I have e-mailed them and am waiting for a response from the company. I am wondering, if they cannot fulfill their promises, why are such companies in business?

                                Requesting consumer bureau to look into matter of Ez Recharge fraud, lot of peoples are being cheated by this EzREcharge guys.

                                Today I recharged my cell [protected] for Rs.333 two times since morning by using http://ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php but till now I haven’t received my talk value in cell.
