I had made payment of Rs.304 for Sun Direct recharge through website ezrecharge.in by phonepay (Transaction IDT2403241411179199736188) on 24/03/2024 at 02.11 PM. Even my account has been Debited, but no sign recharge has been found. Kindly refund my amount and do needful as soon as possible.

I recharged my BSNL prepaid number from ezrecharge.in on 30 11 23 amount 114 money is deducted from my account but didn't receive any recharge yet i want my money refund please help

I recharged my sun direct through this website of pack ₹284 along convenience fees. As it came in the top of Google search, I thought it is trustworthy, so I recharged through phone Pay. Now the Amount has been deducted but TV has not been recharged. I would thereby would like request you to take strict action against this website and refund my ₹284 amount back.

Tata Play recharge done on ezRecharge on 17.09.2023 at 10:16 AM for Tata Play Id [protected]. Amount is debited from Bank but recharge not done.

Money deducted from my bank account. But not paid for operator. Please refund back the amount.

I recharged my airtel number for Rs 399 pack using debit card, they deducted Rs 409 (Rs 10 as convenience fee).. Money was deducted from my account but there was no recharge done.. I called airtel service providers also.. They said there's no such payment made... I read all complaints regarding ezrecharge.in only after making payment. I want to lodge an F. I. R against ezrecharge.in they have looted so many and still continue to advertise

my all information was correct as always after getting otp and he deduct my amount and i receive msg in my mobile.
lastly i recieved message on the screen form Ezrecharge.in that your order is under process, i again recharge of 100rs means (100+100previous) but the situation is same.

i have already send 6-7 mail message to [protected]@ezrecharge.in and the ticket generate message recived but till now 23-11-18 my problem is not solved. i call to [protected] but i hered the mobile is switch off message in south language.
i want my refund back or he will recharge my d2h of 200rs amount. thanks

Money debited from debit card but recharge not yet done.. They cheat so many customers money from online please take sevieer action and close the company fraud people..
