Western Union Money Transfer — Misbehave of a Manager and the Associate
Respected Sir/Madam,I have been a Customer of Western Union Since very long time but something happened very strange which i have never Expected from your side the Manager and one of the Associate Appointed in the Location here in New Dehi(Western Union Yeshwant Place near chanakya Cinema, New Delhi (India)). Actully he was so rude he keep me waited for 1 hour than he refused to give money and shouted at me and said never come back to this Branch. I go there today but again he refuse to give money I dont know why these people creating trouble for the Customer and I said that I needed money today but he never understand my two payment of Rs. 50, 000/-INR each is still pending.
I had needed money urgently I had wasted my 2 to 3 hours which effected my work as well.
I Would Appreciate for the Prompt response to this matter.
