[Resolved]  Fake Visa Agents — Fraud or looting by visa or immigration consultants in india

Beware of pragati consulting (Delhi based)... Fake and not knowledgeable at all.. All jazz about the express entry pool they give is only what google can give you.. Fake and paid fb account created with fake good comments. Marketing people priti, nisha - full of jazz.@ operations department - mrigya. Accounts dept - mr. Kumar (Which i'm sure will be the proprietor of the firm), karan... All fake and bloody money eaters... Taking the fees of consulting fee and not giving any service for months and earning interest out the same. Then while claiming the refund only 80% refund that too with bargain or else less then 80% also.. So again earning the free amount without any service... Thankfully i'm a banker and hence after chasing so much i retrieved my refund though not full amount but i'll make sure i'll freeze all his bank accounts in all banks with lodging a fraudulent complaint against this pragati consulting.. I experienced axis and icici bank.. Rest all info you guys mentioned is 100% true.,.. They are truly fake...

Guys please if you guys have come across any other banks then please lodge a fraud complaint with your banker.. Let's shut this fraud permanently.. I'll make sure i pass this information to entire banking industry and make their life miserable as now it's their turn to suffer.. I swear i'm not gonna spear them... Messed with the wrong person...

they also said arrange for an interview with client in canada and got 450000/ rs.

I wanted to know the Authenticity of ICARE visas based out of Hyderabad

I have a complaint against the US Embassy employee Mr. Richard from Delhi for cheating. His Mobile No.[protected]. He took around ₹4, 00, 000 for the visa and is now demanding ₹4.5lakhs for getting certificate from United Nations. The guy seems to be fictitious. Iam going to lodge a police complaint. Guys be alert & please advise i[censored] have come across this no.

Global immigration Consultancy, Pune is fake consultancy. They charge Rs.1500 as intial fees and tell customer that it is refundable amount if your file get rejected and when you say that you don't want visa they say your file is already in process the amount will not be refunded. fake fellows. Don't provide detail information in their mail. Shame on you guys. Please be aware of such non sense.

This information is related with pragti consultant new delhi, they email me regarding the green card visa openings for denmark. I had attended a seminar given by mr. Rajnish kumar on 29th may 2016 at chandigarh. After attending the seminar, we decided to apply for this then we met with mr. Rajnish kumar in chandigarh on 6th june and signed a agreement for the same (Pay 20, 000/-) but he didn't process my file for one week, i called him then he said that he will continue the process on august i feel disappointed, then i checked on the denmark website that the particular visa is closed by the denmark govt. On 2nd june. I called them and ask my queries regarding this then they said that i don't need to worry the visa will reopen in one month. I told them why they didn't tell me about this before taking the payment as they took the payment on 6th june and the visa was closed on 2nd june, why they have taken money from me for a visa that is not exiting...!. Then they said i can email them for refund and they will refund my payment as soon as possible but today is 18th july 2016 am still waiting for my refund, now they are not picking up my phone even not replying phone call. I feel helpless in this. They took money from me for a visa that is already closed...! Please help me in this..

They are quite cheaper but fake they show the funds on their profits ad kept ur documents... Even u can nt withdraw your case as they will demand money from you... Recently I have asked for refund for which they have taken 90 days and came with reply refund not possible and more over asking me to pay extra money for the Cannadian immigration for which I paid an 80k, when I have ask them to repay my they dint and more over when I ask them to reinitiation of the process they refused and asking me to pay money. This is more cheap way of taking money from the people and guys please do not go through more visas. Its an no of fraudulent company
