Dear Team,

1) recieved a mail from Canada for job openings in Zozi View Hotel.
2) applied for the same and after few days recieved offer letter asking me to contact their agent in India for further processing
3) agent's name Mrs. Sangeeta, cobtact number-[protected], which is of Bangalore
4) called her and she asked me to mail the offer letter that i have recieved
5) did the same showing interest to meet personally to fulfil the documentation work and PAY RS.25000(As i was asked)
6) the lady simply denies to meet and says send your required documents for processing there after will send an account detail to wire in the money
7) that put me in thoughts and started investigating
8) wrote couple of mails on the same mail ID to inform all the things to Zozi View HR team but did not get any response.

Now when i was searching for mail ID of respected embassy of Canadian High Commission to intimate the same so that, it can be check for further verification so that no one fells prey to them, got this web page and therefore found it right to inform about the same.

Its my humble request to find out for the same by your means by keeping the law of both the respectful countries and do the needful so that, no one gets caught in their net, if its a fraudulent activity and a web.

Give complaints on her went to police station already she had a lot of police complaints on her for make frauds and take money in lakh of rupees for work visa on the same day I file complaint both of them. I filled H1B Petition through Magnific IT
Consulting for FY2018 but unfortunately I was become victim like many others. They not even proceeded my application and not even filed LCA.

First initially they ask you for Pre Assessment Report which will be charged for 2950/-. then they will ask for one shot payment of 85, 000 + 18% GST = 1, 00, 300, but if you don't pay the whole payment they will give you a payment plan: Two Installments:- No Discount, 1. INR. 50, 000 + 18 % GST = 59, 000/-, 2. INR. 35, 000 + 18% GST = 41, 300/- . Initially they will assure you Job in India but later they will just give you work permit and you have to show funds of close to 6, 50, 000/- your bank account for 2 months. As they will have all your documents like ID proofs and Bank details they will commit all possible frauds and take away funds from your account. Secondly when they say no to funds in account of 6, 50, 000/- they will tell you that they have agents who will give you personal loan without any income proof. If you have Job offer from Canadian employer then you don't need to go through any such process. But Company changes there statements after every call.

So important thing to understand is that will Canadian embassy / Govt. accept this kind of profiles and give Visa? and If you get rejected then you will be banned for more then 6 years from Canadian embassy for any Visa applications in future.

So please be away from such Fake agents who work like African's for fraud games and run away, with your hard earned money.
