Family Credit India — Bad and Insulting Behavior by Family Credit Customer Care Executive | |||
I had opted for Family Credit finance facility on my purchase of a Yamaha motorcycle on December 2011. Being a customer and borrower of Family Credit I understand it is my obligation to clear all my dues at the stipulated time. and from dec 2011 to till now i m paying my loan installments on time .However I deeply regret for having failed to do so for this current month, ie. august 2012 owing to some personal problem. I comite to pay both august and september months payment before 6 th of September. I had assured their customer care executive who had called me a couple of times regarding the same that I'll clear the due amount in cash in their regional office as soon as possible. But I am questioning, Does their rule book also include interfering into their customer's personal life?! I admit I am a defaulter for this month and I am also ready to face dire consequences if I fail to clear my dues. But I will definitely not welcome rude behavior from their customer care executive. I can't believe I'm being insulted for a paltry amount of rupees 2500. I am deeply hurt by the caller's behavior. We aren't beggars. For such a small amount I wasn't expecting a crude hassle from their employee. they had no right to insult me on personal grounds which has deeply hurt my feelings. THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE HAVE NO MANNERS HOW TO TALK WITH THE CUSTOMERS . they are using abusing language .So kindly guide me what can i do . Also right from the purchase date I haven't yet received their promised welcome letter nor a copy of the loan agreement. I have asked for the same many time they asked me to come Calcutta and pickup from dere. Please have a look into it and do the needful. Thank You. Was this information helpful? | |||
