[Resolved] Family Credit Limited — NOC of two wheeler | |||
I have financed Two wheeler Loan in Family credit Limited,After 6 months i have received a call from head office of Family credit and they offered a personal loan based on two wheeler loan repayment,I have took personal Loan,Now i have paid all dues of Two wheeler Loan,I have requested for NOC,The company says i have to settle the Personal loan,Once i settled the personal loan they will issue a Noc,This information i came to know when i was requested NOC for two wheeler,I enquired with Branch Manager Why you not informed this information while providing the Personal Loan,He not ready to give proper reason for NOC,He try to make me to preclose the personal loan,I am paying the EMI for Personal Loan without pending.Right now i not in position to Preclose the Personal Loan,But i ready to pay EMI every month,I required NOC,Please advice further procedure to get NOC.
