EMI clearence are not updating / fraud person

Worst service ever experienced

We applied for a two wheelor loan some where around 26 Sep 09. Their executive told us that we might require a Guarantor for a loan which amount only Rs. 28 K. and the best part was that executive himself had no idea about the definition of the Guarantor. Even their Area manager also did not know the definiton of the gurarantor and I had to show them the defintion on the form itself.

irritating auto dialer calls

PATHETIC SERVICE AND COLLECTION OF ECS EVEN AFTER CLOSING THE LOAN.

I took a 2 wheeler loan for purchasing a Suzuki Access Bike. I took a loan of Rs 38000/-.After paying 10 installments of Rs 2381/ - I wanted to preclose the loan. Without any notice the Bank persons Took the Vehicle from my house

Sir,

I took a loan for purchasing a car last year from “:Family Credit Ltd”, Chennai. My EMI was deducted by bank through Electronic clearance system (ECS) on 5th of every month. When I wanted to foreclose the loan on 22 of Jul 09, I was told that I cannot do this after 20th of any month and I can only do so after the next ECS. Harrassment while paying back personal loan, Family credit bank behaved worse than mahajans, money lenders

Respected Sirs/Madams,
My brother subhasish mukherjee took a personal loan of 51000/- from Family credit bank, (branch: chandannagar, hooghly, west bengal) in may 2008 . The EMI for 51000 loan was 3300/- !!!
My mother went to preclose the personal loan at 9th february, 2009 and paid approximately 48600/- as suggested by bank manager . The bank manager gave the receipt of closure of the loan. Now on 15th february the bank send...

Personal loan in Family Credit

hello sir,

I am usha.. took personal loan in Family credit bangalore indira nagar branch, after 9 months i went for pre closure, i took 42k and paid for 9 months about 24k and they are asking me to pay 39k if i want to pre close... i can not pay so much... i said the same to them... but there is no responce...thiere intrest rate is 55%..and i have the records for that, i asked for the agreement copy signed by me at the time...
