i cancelled my car loan in november n i also deposited closing ammount in november bt i didnt receive NLC(No Loan Certificate) till now whenever i called ur callcentre they always said its takes 21 days..Bt u should know dat u already took 42 days.. my car registeration no. is DL 4C AB 7127 ... nw i want immediate effect on dis matter...

Hi to whom so the message concern,
I have taken a loan (310687) amount of 25000/- and my emi was 1171 in 2008 i gave check but to my bad luck the deposit date and my salary date was differed, i informed the very first month like can say after 5 day of my loan was sanctioned, so i faced a problem for the payment but i paid the amount to the executive(the person was very soft and good) and for my last payment i paid the installment and the executive told me that i will be receiving a call and NOC in 15days but it so happen i did not receive any call from any one after One and a Half year i checked with my CIBIL the payment of 250 only was due with the Family Credit (the amount should up in my CIBIL) so i inquired they first told me that i have to pay 20000/- then they told me to pay 2000/ i told them who will pay 2000 for 250/ then i told that it was my mistake to listen the executives words and i accepted to pay 1200/ and that i told that i will pay next month in the mean while my sister my brother-in- law was getting calls about me stating that the complaint have been lodged in banglore Police station and i need to attend to the court. I wonder why are they calling my sister and brother in Law. I will surely sue them for that because they no need to call them regarding as they are not concern with me now. How did this people got the contact details of them? my sister got married till then my loan installments were over she got married and went away? any ways how does the people call to them but they never did call to my number as i am still using the same since ten years. i just want to know what to do now? shall i go legally or shall i lodge the complaint in police station in my local office were i took the loan. Please suggest...

Dear sir, I had taken a loan for Rs.52360/-from your Bangalore branch towards loan for purchase of two wheeler.
Accordingly as per my loan tenure my amount of Rs.5236/-is being debited from my account every month without fail.
Now even though i had given my bank account statement to your staff...I cannot understand the logic behind the harassment of your people calling me everyday around 10 times to tell me that the amount has not been credited to your account for the month of January 2014.
Now your representative had visited my bank on[protected] and enquired in my bank and was told by them that the amount has been debited from my account. Now I do need an explanation as to whether I should pay my EMI twice in a month.
