Fast Track Call Taxi — Improper Service | |||
'[protected]@fasttrackcalltaxi.in' Dear Sir, I would like to bring the today incident for the improvement of your service. Today, I have booked the call taxi for my Koyembedu to Perungudi at 7.20 AM. The booking person told that the taxi will come within 5 -10 minutes. Got the confirmation SMS @ 7.24. After 20 minutes of waiting I called again for the clarification. They gave the driver [protected] and call directly for the available time. After repeated calls to that number in vein, I called the [protected] again for the assistance. No proper reply. At 8.07 I got a call from [protected] informing, he is a driver and he is calling from Ambattur. I told him, I am waiting for almost 1 hour and enquired how much time it will take to reach. He told may be 30 -40 minutes due to present traffic. I told him not to come, and called the Chennai Taxi for a cab. Got it in 20 minutes. At 8.43 a person called from [protected] and enquired about the booking. Got the SMS @ 8.45 stating the reason for the cancellation as “guest need veh immed….” I can’t understand what that means.
