[Resolved]  Fastrack — Frame and lens damaged when I weared it.It's warranty is of 1 yr but company concerning person said that warranty is only of 6 mon

Dear Sir/Mam,
Myself Tarun Gautam from kota Rajasthan.I purchased Fastrack sunglass on 19/8/2020 from Goswami Opticals, when I weared it it's frame and lens of one side crack.Showrom owner said to the concerning person(Bhawar Singh) of fastrack at Kota but no response will be there. I talked to Mr.Vikas, Fastrack Jaipur he said that warranty is not of one year, it's warranty is only and only of 6 months( this is not true) and how you can say that it breaks when you wear..I said to him that send me rules and regulations regarding warranty but he didn't send..Last year I purchased same Sunglass(model somewhat different) from Rajkamal optics, Kota...before completion of last month of one year warranty it breaks from the joint of the same at the time of wearing they exchanged my sunglasss.
Please resolve my problem and give me response immediately...If the problem is not resolved then I complained to Consumer court.
