Fast Track Call Taxi — Poor Quality of Service | |||
I have booked a Fast Track call taxi to have a vacation trip with my family last sunday (04/08/12). We have instructed the driver to reach us by 6 am in the morning. Here are my complaints. 1) The driver reached my home by 6.45 am. Not even apolozied for that. 2) He himself stopped at an restaurant where he will have food at free of cost. He requested us to have the breakfast there. 3) Throughout our journey he was spoken to his friends in his mobile. (some abusive words too, where there are few ladies in our trip, i dont want to explain how they have felt those moments). It has been captured in my Mobile. soon you can see those things in FB & Youtube. 4) My mom is a patient, who stayed at the car when we gone for sightseeing, I asked him to switch on the A/c since it was too hot. He didnt denied and told anything to us. But didnt switch on the A/c and says its Rs.500 / hr. Who the hell he was to decide our plans. I have spent Rs.3000 for this trip. Cant I able to spend Rs.500? 5) He had a dispute with one of the bus driver, and tried to chase to use few abuse words (which he mentioned in the car). Not at all worried about the passanger. 6) While coming back he says about company where you give only Rs.300 as a daily allowance which is not enough for him.
