Fast Track Call Taxi — Terrible service

Booked a cab on 12.3.13. Booking ID 6778. Series of events as follows:

1. Booked an Innova for a 3pm pickup. Until 3.15 there was no cab. I had to call customer care and check and they later send me a Tavera.
2. Cab driver of Tn22 bp 2383, red tavera was extremely arrogant and cheap. Also ended up increasing the kms travelled(Egmore to spencer plaza is 8kms according to their meter) making me pay more than required. I paid Rs 310 for a 3km travel. Cab driver claimed that he couldnt find a spot to wait hence was roaming around.
3. Cab driver had no business to talk disrespectfully to a lady passenger.
4. I called the complaint number, which i got through after 40mins of trying and he justified what the driver did and said i had to pay the entire charges, which i did.
5. There was no bill provided.

Fasttrack's service is the worst. Very cheap tactics being used by the drivers. I will never recommend this to anybody. Even auto drivers are better. If only they cared about customer service. No point in having a quality policy on the website if they can't stick to it.
