Fastrack — strap pin missing | |||
The fastrack watch Model No. NA2404SL03 was brought from SGS Marketing, Shop No. 5, Royal Arcade, B. Baruah Road, Guwahati 781007 and immediately after 4/5 days it has been noticed that the strap pin is missing. On contacted the showroom, I was told to go to service centre and accordingly I contacted service when i was told that strap pin is not available and will take sometime. Accordingly, i gave the watch to the showroom on 24/7/13 though they refused to take initially, and till now the watch has not been delivered even after 15 days. I contacted again today and I was told that we will let you know. This is an absolutely new watch with full warranty and guarantee.
