SIR I HAD BOUGHT A FASTRACK WATCH IN SEPTEMBER 2011 AND WATCH STOPPED WORKING IN JANUARY 2012 . I HAD GIVEN IT TO DEALER BUT HE HAD NOT PAID A BETTER SERVICE AND TILL NOW THE WATCH DON'T SHOW CORRECT TIME. I IS NEEDED TO BE SET AFTER A ROUGH DURATION OF THREE HOURS . this is the 5 th time i m giving my watch for service within the 1 and half year today i i went to service centre again and tell them about the complaint and their behaviour to a customer is very bad and they dont know how to treat a customer
. at that time they serviced my watch when i get home its not working again the service is very bad and they dnt know how to talk to a customer

I have bought fast track, studded watch, 1 year back, now 1 stud on the dial of the watch is lost,
I have given then for repairing but it came back by company, saying stud is not available.Now my watch is of no use,
I cannot wear that watch anymore as without stud it looks ugly.

i bought my sunglasses 3 months bk. suddenly my glasses got crack without any mishandling of them it is one of the manufacturing defect. so kindly replcae them or fix my problem26%

i have submitted my watch to the dealer but it has been 3 weeks and didn't got my watch back.....
everytime they keep on saying next week next week and so on........
